Frankie Gray is a qualified Norland Nanny, mother, and the founder of the multi award winning Nanny and Household Staffing Agency – Harmony at Home. Frankie has 20 years of experience in the Nanny industry, working as a Nanny to high profile families, placing Nannies with families, and hiring Nannies herself for her three children.

She really gets the whole picture and has helped thousands of Nannies upskill through her Nanny Academy, enabling nannies to progress their careers, improve their earnings and help them successfully match themselves with the right family.

She is a champion to Nannies and the Nanny profession and is a Judge for the prestigious Nursery World Nanny of the Year Award. She’s also the Nanny Agency Chair of the Regulation Matters Campaign. Winner of multiple awards including Lux Life, Prestige, Businesswomen Excellence, Mum and Working and Working Mums. She features regularly in press including Sussex Life, the Sunday Times, and the Financial Times.
